Instructions for Use :
1.- Wrap the belt around your waist, adjusting the Velcro straps to your comfort.
2.- We recommend that you lay down and have someone help you tighten the two front Velcro bands, followed by the back bands.
3-Tie the front part of the Velcro band between your legs

1.- Which style do you recommend better, the Panty style or the Belt style?
Both the styles are good options. It all depends on what you prefer. The Panty gives you more pressure on the lower abs with more security and will not roll up much. However, the Belt style is more comfortable and it applies a little less pressure in the lower area. (When I had my three kids, I used the Panty style during the day and the Belt style belly wrap at night).
2.- What is the added benefit of the wrap that goes over your panties?
The benefit of the Panty style wrap is due to its wrapping style; this wrap will not move and compresses the skin in the lower abdominal area. This is the most requested style. If you normally wear a loose-fitting panty or boxer style underwear, you will like this better. You know yourself the best. If you do not like to feel anything between your legs, I suggest the belt style.
3.- Does the Mommy Belly Wrap adjust by tightening the Velcro?
Yes, you will be able to tighten the belly wrap shaping belt with the Velcro straps. After the first wash, the wrap will shrink a couple of inches.
4.- How long do you need to wear this postpartum binding for stomach to get results?
I recommend you wear it as soon as you can after delivery. The more hours you use it during the day and night, the better. Per the Weight Method, if you have gained more than 20 pounds you will need to go to the next size up. If you have gained or projected to gain less than 20 pounds, you should get your pre-pregnancy size (size you were wearing when you got pregnant). However, the Measurement Method is more accurate.
